I love the spring. We throw off the thermals and turn off the central heating, people leave their houses more, smile more and make the most of the sunshine. It’s also time to do away with the winter menu and welcome the fresh new taste of Spring.
With new in-season ingredients and a desire for lighter meals, now is the ideal time to change it up. That’s why we are happy to announce the new Spring menu at The Stone Grill in Blackpool!
Two Course Spring Menu – £17.99
Available from April 1st every day (except Saturdays). Subject to regular change. Items on this menu are unable to be swapped and extras charged accordingly.
Soup of the Day – Chefs soup of the day served with warm bread roll and butter.
House Pâté – Served with toasted artisan bread and butter.
Nacho Chilli Bowl – Nachos, chilli beef topped with grated cheddar cheese and jalapenos.
Chicken Wings – Deliciously juicy chicken wings smothered in spicy Piri Piri or smoky BBQ sauce.
Whitebait – Lightly coated in breadcrumbs, served with a wedge of lemon and tartar sauce.
Sunblaze Tomato & Mozzarella Bruschetta – Semi-dried tomato wedges and mozzarella pearls flavoured with garlic and oregano and coated in a Dijon mustard vinaigrette dressing.
8oz Rump Steak on the Stone – Served with either chunky chips, jacket or new potatoes.
Fillet Surf and Turf – Fillet medallions (6oz) & 5 tiger king prawns served with chunky chips, jacket or new potatoes.
Tuna Steak – Served on the stone with either chunky chips, jacket or new potatoes.
Chilli Beef – Chefs hot and spicy prime chilli beef served with basmati rice.
Risotto – A creamy asparagus, broad bean and roasted garlic risotto.
Halloumi and Med Veg – Slices of halloumi on a bed of slow-roasted red onion, courgette, aubergine, peppers and potato. Served on the stone with either chunky chips, jacket or new potatoes.
